Totally agree. One shouldn't be touching the primer with ones hands as it leaves sweat on it. Plus it's easier to do if it's hanging on a piece of wire and one doesn't have to pick it up touching the wet paint.

Great job! So nice to guys doing the work and skipping the fancy extras. Proper shop, press fitting, torque specs be damned. Get it done, ride and enjoy it. This is how my dad and I did stuff and I’m kinda getting back to it some. Engine and final assembly dude has a cool Nosferatu finger nails and ring thing going on. I think Nosferatu would’ve dug a Royal Enfield but probably had a Zundapp. Anyone know what he ripped around on?

when they finally put all the pieces back together and kicked that engine to life, i felt a lump in my throat and my eyes began to water. bringing a dead motorcycle back to life never felt like a calling before but when the engine began to thump, that's when i realised this is what i need to learn how to do and do it for the rest of my life.

Além de PENDURAR COM ARAMES PARA PINTAR... Francamente, colocar "fitas de isolamento para PINTAR FAIXAS" diretamente e passar Verniz em cima e O Que chamanos no Brasil (Sou MECÂNICO, conheço a Rotina de Oficina) de "Serviço de Preguiçoso", um pouco mais de trabalho e podiam ter feito essas faixas da MANEIRA CORRETA: COM TINTA!!!

I just watched a Paul Henshaw video about differences between the Indian and British Royal Enfields and, based on that, this is an Indian one, given the long through bolt above the transmission. I'm not actually sure that's right though - am I looking at the right part, according to his video? You can see it right in the center of the video at 1:18 . Also the raised plinth for the engine number just below the cylinder barrel at 0:43 . Although where is the crankcase breather elbow? Any more info about the year would be cool. Thanks - very useful reference video for my 1980 Bullet! I'd be curious, also, to know if there were any modifications - for example, conversion from 6v to 12v.
