Such a helpful video, thank you. So glad that the night market business owners are getting back on their feet. My hope is that those who had to close will be able to reopen for the busy season. The floods were so devastating in/around Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai. My heart breaks for the many who lost their homes and everything in them. You just have to start over life, and many of those people were not young...

Tony, last week I checked out the flood areas and was amazed at how much was cleaned up, already. Hopefully many of the homes and businesses will be back to normal, again.

If anyone is visiting Chiang Mai during this time, we apologize if you encounter a lot of garbage bags scattered around, many items left on the roadside, dust, dirty areas, or the inconvenience of shops being closed. Chiang Mai has just experienced the worst flooding in 50 years, and the city is working hard to clean up. It is recommended to stay or travel outside the city center for a better experience.

You will only need tickets for very few events. You won't need em.

Normally between 300-400 baht for an oil massage, a Thai massage will be less.😊
