This mixer is about 30 years old...it is in very bad condition,rusty,sunken and dirty concrete,very difficult restoration but i managed! :D

Восстановление и модификация старого бетоносмесителя инструкция: "Шаг 1 - демонтируете электродвигатель, Шаг 2 - сдаете что можно, куда можно, Шаг 3 - "не валяете ваньку" и покупаете новый бетоносмеситель." Единственная достойная причина всех этих плясок это снять ролик на ютюб, нецесообразно много трудозатрат для того, чтобы из старого хлама сделать новый зашпаклеванный.

That was awesome.When you broke out the body filler I was like, oh he's getting a thumbs up. I swear Geoff Crocker was the first guy on KZbin to do this and it paved the way for everyone to do it and make their restorations look awesome. Great job and thanks for the video.

Nice job, until the end user hits the drum with a mash hammer several times to get dry cement off, then all the filler will start to break off, good effort

Thank you for sharing this video. I had to show it to my wife to prove that I’m not the only crazy one to put so much time and effort into restoring a cement mixer. She thought I was mental. I will never restore another one, it’s too much work and I will never, ever, EVER lend it to anyone as I just know it will get more dents in it. No one will look after their cement mixers like you and I. 😂😂😂. Cheers Stuart 🇦🇺

That was a lot of hard work. That mixer had seen some better days. Tools , you have got to have the tools. That extra wheel nice job. The stand was a good idea also. Great modification, looked like you had fun, I know I did. Keep them coming.

Bravo majstore, jedan mali savet, izbegavaj prilikom izbijanja direktno čukanje metalnim čekićem o vrh dela koji se izbija, koristi parče aluminijuma, plastike itd kako ne bi došlo do širenja vrha, tj naštapkavanja. Pozdrav.

I used to work at an equipment rental place that dealt mainly with concrete equipment. The best way I found to remove set concrete was to use a needle scaler. If you can get to it while its still green a pressure washer works great.

Nekadasnja fabrika Lifam je pravila masine i opremu za poljoprivredu, stocarstvo .... Mesalica je namenjena za mesanje hrane za stoku, a svi je koriste za beton i malter 😁 To je bio kvalitet 💪 Svaka cast za reparaciju 🙂

Mesalica je namenjena za beton i malter,a koristili su je za mesanje stocne hrane!!!!A fabrika Lifam iz Stare Pazove je proizvodila i krunjace za kukuruz,levatore ,boce za plin itd.

Нахера шпаклеват бетономешалку? После первого же замеса надо будет тюкнуть по борту киянкой, чтоб отвалился бетон, и шпаклевка тоже отвалится. Не просто ж так она изначально такая помятая.

I have one nearly the same it is bright orange but mine has a ships wheel instead of a bar for the mixer handle to pour the concrete out if you was not so faraway I would let you do mine reason you did a fantastic job on this one well done 😀😀👍

Ove stare mesalice su 100 puta bolje od ovih novih, bubanj im je bar duplo deblji isplati se da se dovedu u red, samo sad kad komsija dodje po mesalicu moze da dobije samo sliku, jer ne verujem da ce da je pazi a na kraju I da je opere da bude kao sto je uzeo od tebe. Pozdrav brat I samo cepaj

To si upravu Stare mesalice su 100 puta bolje jer su imali Jus standart kvalitet a ne sad ove nove mesalice koji se prave bubanj od presovanog lima koji ne traje dugo TO TI JE KOD NAS U SRBIJI DRZI VODU DOK MAJSTORI ODU.kupis novu mesalicu pa se usrecis

Ты бы ее ещё позолотой покрыл! Новую грушу лучше бы сделал. Килограмм 5 шпаклёвки ушло походу?! Но все равно лучше так, чем те кто ее до такого состояния довел... И вот эту шагрень на груше зря сделал, так то с гладкой краски порой хреново отмывается бетон, а с шагренью она махом вернётся в состояние унылого говна! Если ей работать конечно.

I put a simple short tongue, on the front leg with a hole. Where it want hit the ground. On my Harbor Freight 3.5 cubic yard cement mixer! With a Pen Lock bolt. Where i can pull it around with my lawn mower. That really made it nice to move around all over the place > The wheels? I don't like the narrow wheels on it. So i'll be looking for some solid wider wheels for it> They look like the ones on yours > NICE JOB 👍👍
