We set out on a recovery in Maple Canyon, Utah. It was very cold but the scenery was beautiful. When we arrived we noticed that the car was a former cop car. We were unsure if once we got it unstuck it would drive.

That may not seem odd until I say I'm a 69 year old lady with no interest (I thought 🤔!) in cars, trucks, off-roading or towing! Also 69 years young. I started watching Robby's Channel based on Matt's glowing recommendation. It is great to see the "Utah Gang" playing together in the dirt and in the shops. Matt, Fab Rat, Trail Mater, Casey Ladelle (way western Utah?) and you Robby with honorable mentions BleepinJeeps and Mischief Maker remind me of my youth desert racing motorcycles in SoCal and in Nevada. Please continue including your family and co-workers in the fun - it is heart warming. I also expect in a year or two I'll likely see a Robby Layton version of an off road wrecker - oh boy.

Never a bad idea to have a chain saw on these recoveries. I've used one many times to minimize scratches and avoid rubbing on small trees. Great video as always

Looks like you're even less prepared than Matt. Never thought that possible. You need to pack tree saver straps with you. One line pune tree and you risk killing it wrapping a chain around it.
