Chicken Murg Changezi is a delicious and popular Mughlai curry. This curry has aromatic flavors of whole spices, creaminess from nuts, and milk. Serve Murg Changezi with roti or naan and surprise your guests.

1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tsp Chaat Masala Powder
1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder

1 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
2 Pinch Red Food Colour
1 Lemon Juice 🍋

Assalamu alaikum. Mene aapki recipe try ki or alhamdulillah apki recipe k tariqe se mera salan bohot acha bna he. Be shak ilm or hunar bantne se badhta he. Allah taala apko dono jahan me kaamyabiya ata farmaye.. Aapke drjata buland farmaye. Apki tmam jaiz hajate qubul farmaye. Apko hamesha sirat e mustqeem pr ganzan rakhe. I cooked this meal but with few small changes: chicken breast instead of bone chicken tandoori masala powder instead of chaat masala powder lime instead of lemon yogurt instead of curd coconut milk instead of cream ghee instead of butter I also added: roasted cashews to the onion/tomato paste 2 bell peppers 1 tbsp sugar Was really nice, thanks.

Mostly it’s cooked with roasted chicken ……. Onion is not used …… gravy is mainly tomato ……. And you put sugar as sweetener instead of onion …….

Delicious but with due respect let me say it's a dangerous combination , too much oil and too much of butter, truly unhealthy recepie . For the sake of taste ignoring health is not a wise idea
