Old dirty carrier! This could have been avoided

This old carrier package unit it not maintaining temperature, what could the issue be? The usual suspects are usually the problem. Using saturation temperature and rules of thumb for diagnosing a refrigerant circuit. This is on the same industrial roof as a split system a serviced a few months ago, they declined cleaning everything at that time and now they have an issue. This is a conference room that was ok in the morning and began warming up throughout the day and was satisfied once again when I arrived, the typical signs of a dirty condenser coil.

Crank case heaters will not hurt, if they have the possibility of cooling in low ambient conditions it may be beneficial. Thanks, Jay.
