I think that sledger is very underrated bc it can freeze enemies like for 2 seconds and it has very good damage i know gladiator does more dps but sledger can freeze by a lot of time and it's a bit expensive but you just need level 3 to do a lot of freeze. Also pretty good when paired with accel

Tbh shredder was actually very good it was always used in strats and frost blaster was actually shredding the speedy kings in hardcore

Oh yes when gladiator was considered the most usless tower and put in f tier in many tier lists until it got buffed and now is the best starter tower.

Old was very easy, there were a lot of cash and there wasnt a real difficulty spike anywhere, and the game also lasts very long.

Ok the old event tower r good cause most of them are op and u can use them in strats (if below didn’t nerf them to the ground, except for gladiator) but the new ones, I feel like sledger is the best out of the 3 cause he is an offensive support although toxic is a offensive support he doesn’t do that much of damage and sledger can do x2 damage when enemies r frozen but still the old event towers r still the best

Actually gladiator is a very good early+mid game tower (now) As new event towers sledger or executioner is clearly the best one Like sledger has a decent damage (lvl 3+) and executioner can be useful if you use the farthest target for the hordes so idk

@@HardcorePPGFan sledger already has FAR MORE dps than gladiator, although you can only place 6 it still deals more dps than 20 gladiators, and for executioner I dont know much about it but its dps isnt really good.

In retro tds comando is extremely useful but if you don’t mind the hidden detection but I actually won insane mode with comando and outlaw and the raider boss was so easy I literally killed him 2 times on level 5 lol so comando is rly worth it but idk about other old event towers and I don’t even know the event where archer comed out.

I am honestly an og player and I remember all these towers and when they were busted and glad is fine the way it is tbh I think swarmer is alr but the other ones like the commando which we all got our towers KILLED for just to get it and have it be useless now so i think towers like that should be buffed like instead of making current updates like events they could improve on the game in its current state reply with your thoughts

Executioner is better than, I'd say Gladiator and Frost Blaster. It was op with that one bug, so much so that he easily beat all of them, but since that bug was fixed I'd say old event towers.

Ngl, i would consider old event towers better, im not an og good player but just an og player, but event towers seemed pretty good those days. i miss gladiator doe, ever since i saw it it was my favourite tower... Maybe they would add gladiator back in the future and make it a limited time back event? and maybe it would be the first event to be added back into TDS, but better.

Personally sledger to me sucks in terms of DPS Considering that you need a commander just to help it but even then it still has low DPS it’s only good for DPS at level 5 the only true way to makes up for its low DPS at earlier levels though is it’s ice ability and toxic now sucks due to its glitch being removed and the flying detection ability of executioner is useless since by the time you get both hardcore it’s completely useless and hidden detection is so expensive by the time you get it most of your teammates would already have hidden detection on powerful towers and honestly to be completely honest all three of the towers have bad prices no hidden or expensive upgrades that would be completely unnecessary as you get to the later waves

sledger vs glad depends one what your using them for since selfger can technically just freeze lock with max of em anything that can be freezed and its usefull for guardians while glad is usefull for speedrunnig early game and allso usefull for late molten speedrun (i allso forgot the freeze mechanic changed so now u need atleast 2 sledgers lvl 3 to freeze 1 enemy after both hit since it takes 2 hits and i hate it)

sledger is a broken and underrated tower i don't see why more people don't use it. It freezes for 3 seconds, does double damage to frozen enemies, does 10 more damage than max gladiator and hits a 0.45 speed with commander ability

Sledger with engineers war machine sentries and herself shreds enemys with ease It freezes something like 10 slowbossed into a small regoin with all of them spaced 0.1 studs apart. Then when the explosive comes it deals billions of damage and when engineer is set to strongest it can kill all of the slowboss spam

U can solo triumph fallen with the new event tower loadout (maybe) Exe can deal high dmg Sledger can deal medium amount of dmg and can freeze enemies, deal double of dmg while freezing enemies Toxic gunner can slow down enemies, the slow down efficiency cant be effected by the size of enemies like other slow down towers

@@leamorvallescas yes i’ve joined the game since it was only 1 month or 3 weeks after the frost event ended but ik that almost every old event towers are weak ( after the nerf) .Plus, the new event towers, all of them deal high dmg (except for toxic gunner but it can slow down enemies) And u know wat? I hate the og in tds they are nearly always flexing that they are the og ( i might wrong) and mad at the dev bc they put one of the most og thing in tds on sale (glator), and they always say “good old day” or “i miss…” in nearly every old tds vid
