I think it’s the amount of clutter she puts in. They always seem like real homes. And I like how she comes up with detailed stories and personalities for them too, that’s what a life sim should be!

Teenager ideas: 1. A social butterfly who constantly throws parties and wrecks the house. They're a master of keeping secrets and speed cleaning, so their parents don't know about their parties. 2. An antisocial hermit who locks themselves in their room. Only goes out to eat, use the bathroom, and go to school. Their parents don't know what they do in their room all day; their hobby can be up to you ;) 3. Their fam owns an inn/bar/restaurant/resort. Teen likes to steal customers' belongings (kleptomaniac) and secretly record people. Pretty nosy and dastardly lol. 4. A teen that loves horror films. They want to make horror movies when they grow up. I'd think they're great at scaring people, and like to scare/prank their family. 5. A hopeless romantic. They constantly try to get into a relationship but always fail miserably (but comically). Maybe their sibling has great luck with dating bc they're super attractive and the teen's crushed always end up falling for their sibling.

This is unrelated to the build but does anyone think it would’ve been cool if they added a few new careers to this pack? Like: farm hand, or maybe even Mayor lol and they could hold elections and stuff 😋😋

I think Mayor is kind of a part of the 'politician' career but a farmer would've been a great choice, likely would've been a rabbit hole type of career but still!

I love the idea of mayor! But I don't think we needed a new farmer career with the pack necessarily, it wouldn't make much sense for it to be a rabbit hole. You can grow your crops and sell them to Kim and Agnes and in my opinion that works really good and makes me feel like a real farmer :)

could you build a house or apartment for a spiritual sim? who is into crystals, meditation, journaling & maybe even paranormal stuff! i think it would be so cool because they even have crystals in game that you could put around the house/apartment & i think all the stuff from the paranormal stuff pack & realm of magic would work well with that kind of build!

Everything about this build is just so perfect. The garage reminds me so much of my late grandparents' shed. I spent a lot of time in there as a kid and I can totally imagine the smell of wood and tar. This build so wholesome and it warms my heart :)

I am absolutely in love and obsessed with this build!! It's the farm home of my dreams 👀 I have the PERFECT family to live here, and I'm so excited to move them in!! Would you consider adding on to this home and modernizing some of it eventually, as though it's finally been updated X amount of years later? I would love to see that and id find that so interesting! (and I'd LOVE to see a retirement community home in Newcrest! Elders are so neglected)

Really love this build, you did an amazing job! For teen personalities, I created a teen female Sim who moved out of her parents' house because she had a lot of siblings and she moved in with her boyfriend and his dad to be able to have more peace and focus on her music! She has her own bedroom and music space in their basement and her boyfriend's dad is in the music industry too.

Hi, i loved the build and the teenagers room is my favorite. An idea for a teen room? A teen who loves dolls and puppets ( you could use the doll from paranormal stuff pack for example ) and a teen who does cosplay ( you could use the modeling dolls and dress them in some costumes ) Loved the landscaping 😄 i get a lot of inspiration from you when it comes to landscaping because i struggle so much with it.

The one thing I'd like to see builders create is more dark cottages or even adding modern parts to it or traditional. I feel like a lot of people are doing that light stone on their builds. Don't get me wrong though, I still like this build and others but I would really enjoy more variety ^.^

Having lived in an old farmhouse for my entire life, I'd say that it's a luxury to have TWO bathrooms, let alone three lol! We just recently put an addition onto our 131-year-old farmhouse to add a second bathroom. Either way, this house is beautiful and your work is stunning, as always!

I love this house and all your builds BUT...I hope you tested that bathroom where you put a stool and plants blocking the water valves for the tub. (You can clutter up the other end of the tub so long as a sim can reach the water valve.

i love this build so much! I’m using it for my gameplay and added some lot challenges. But sadly, my sims couldn’t walk onto the property due to the debug archway at the front gate. :( & i had to fix the fence to be able to get into the cow pen. but i couldn’t find anything to replace the arch and make it look good. lol

Hi Simlicy! I have an idea for a future build! ✌️🥴 Can you do a fairy cottage? Like a family with a mom, dad and I imagined 2 daughters in my head! And I imagine they’re younger like maybe 4 and 7-ish! And they maybe like playing dress up and okaying with dolls! And I also think that they’d kind of live off the grid, like a homeschool room, and like they have a garden, and pond and they like just make their own food and stuff, and they don’t have a tv! We wanted farming in the Sims 4 and we received it, being pretty sure the best expansion pack in the entire game. They said that they put so much effort in this pack because the knew we really wanted it, and they nailed it. I'm sure I couldn't live without this expansion pack. On the resized saucer lights, it drives me crazy when I download a house where someone has used the smaller version and downsized it and there ends up being these tiny dots everywhere that I can’t even manage to grab and delete if I want to get rid of them, so THANK YOU for using the bigger version!!

I really love your building style and this build certainly is a really awesome one! I was thinking, would you ever consider building legacy houses? I mean, growing iterations of the same house? My chickens went inside my house! I had no clue they could do that! I thought it was a glitch at first. I had to put a fence around them and lock my dog out too! My dog kept eating their food and it was making him dirty. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣
