@@ancestralhealing I often think I am also a little hard of hearing - I'm 73yo - yet I have never once even thought to try to adjust the volume while listening to you! So the problem others are having could be some combination of factors, incl which phone is used. I have a Google Pixel 3. I would also like to take this moment, if you don't mind, to ask where you live - which country (or state, if USA; I'm in NC), and if different from where you grew up, could you please also say where you are originally from? I do detect a slight accent but can't place it. I do, however, really enjoy your calm, organized and efficient videos. Rapidly becoming a fave! Anyway, thanks so much for this recipe. I cannot have cow dairy either, so am considering coconut cream, which I love, or maybe even some goat kefir. I used to hate to cook w kefir until I learned that the bacteria doesn't survive our stomach acid anyway. Now I just eat it for the flavor and texture, lol, usually w a little Stevia & cinnamon. So now I can just try adding eggs as well! Thanks again! Have a great day!

Many thanks Petra, It looks really delicious. I am following PKD right now so I am not doing any raw dairy. Thanks so much!

Hi. I’m not sure what your name is. Sorry. The carnivore way of eating has really peaked my interest, but it’s scary. I’m a 78 yo male and already have coronary artery disease. I had an endarterectomy 3 years ago because my left carotid was 90% blocked. I know darn well if I ask my doctor if it’s ok for me to do this she will probably say “hell no!” Don’t even think about it. I’m just crazy enough to do it anyway for 30 days. If I live through it I’ll let you know how it turned out. BTW I love your videos.

Your cream would heat up more evenly and more quickly if you use a wide-bottom pan. That pot is not intended for the purpose for which you are using it. Store bought pasteurized cream is bad enough without pooling it on the stove.
