Greetings to the wonderful Leadership Team, the Household of Faith, combined Choir, etc., in the re-enactment of the Old Fashion Revival Hour, WOW!! I'm viewing from the beautiful Cayman Islands in the Caribbean/West Indies, and love these beautiful gospel songs. In the British, English-speaking islands of the West indies, many of our churches (including some of the Hispanic/French/Dutch speaking churches), are very familiar with everyone of these beautiful, spiritual hymns of the faith. The Pilgrim Holiness Churches (now Wesleyan Holiness) use the black/red back Redemption Songbook, as published in the United Kingdom, which include most of these lovely hymns. In fact, my Parents, now 92 and 90 years respectively, taught all 5 of their children many of these hymns, and read from the BIBLE during the family time of devotions & prayer. Those were such glorious years. We still sing these hymns of faith, many of them not only during Church worship times, but also at the funerals of our loved ones, friends and others here in the Cayman Is. These hymns continue to be used and sung throughout all of the islands of the Caribbean, whether in English, Spanish, French, or Dutch with an accent. Thanks so much for sharing. I am proudly South African. I gave my heart to Jesus when I was 11 years old. Although at times my road did stray far from our Lord, He always stayed close to me. Today I am serving the Lord like never before. He is so good. His Word never fails us. To hear such beautiful songs again is a delight. I am singing with them and it lifts my spirit. Thanks to The Old Fashioned Revival Hour Rally Gospel Hymns Sing Choir. I am listening over again and again to the Gospel Hymns Singing Program . As the matter of fact I enjoy it very much, the Choir sounds very beautiful and very holy, that make me want to sing along with all of you together. Your singing also refreshing my soul, and uplefeting my spirit to Praising the Lord The Holy God. I also have to thank you to Dr. Charles Fuller and Mrs. Fuller ,for using these special God Moments to moved us to our Lord our Savior Jesus Christ. your faith grow as you have a God Moment every day. They were the greatest. Listened to them as a boy every Sunday morning in Mobile Alabama. Brother Fuller had a heart for sinners to get saved and had the best choir and piano player to back him up. We don’t hear this music any more.

I loved the Old Fashioned Revival Hour. Used to listen to it every Sunday morning over the radio. They introduced me to the Gospel and I got saved through hearing the word of God. They will always have a special place in my heart.

Well Now ... we read how Our 💓 CREATOR only "made hell- sheol- the grave- For the devil & his 🔱 angels" ... my pastor/professor teaches that evil will be dealt with, 😵 destroyed Forever. Careful study of the original Hebrew + Greek Scriptures clarifies that our destination is With G_D ! That our REDEEMER "takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked" (an eventual • eternal • quick • annihilation) .. it always perplexed me that my dear irish-catholic 👵 grandma learned to 😬 fear G_D 🥺.. like in "Dante's Inferno" and other UNbiblical books and scary paintings 🖼 💀👺 ! scary frightening, horrible MIS-representations.. that are only lies ! ... G_D is good 😊 ! G_D is loving ! ❤ forever and ever !

I really enjoyed these 73 minutes of music and inspiration. For many years I have not watched a video like this one. The message of the hymns is better than any other kind of music. The piano and organ players are fantastic musicians. This is a perfect service where the message of the gospel is presented without missing anything. Every minute of the program is worthily used. I USED TO HEAR THE ACTUAL PROGRAM ON THE RADIO FROM LONG BEACH AUDITORIUM EVERY SUNDAY. WHEN CHARLIE WOULD CALL HIS WIFE "HONEY" MY MOTHER THOUGHT IT WAS SCANDALOUS! THEN THERE WAS THE OLD FASHIONED REVIVAL HOUR QUARTET WITH RUDY ATWOOD PLAYING THOSE WILD AND CRAZY OCTAVE TRIPLETS! RADICAL MUSIC! THAT'S THE WAY IT WAS BACK IN BENTON HARBOR, MICHIGAN!

The broadcast came on every Saturday night in Sydney Australia just after a similar Australian Christian presentation. I was about 14. I was impressed by the power of Dr Fuller's preaching and the wonderful singing. God, please, do it again!

So great to hear this music again. My parents never missed a program. Just wondering if you have ever heard them sing "When I Come to the End of the Road"? I believe it was a duet but it has mighty message. I had it sung at my Mom's funeral.

Very enjoyable and brought back many memories of listening here in the UK in the 1950s and attending the re-enactment for the 50 th celebrations in Pasadena in 1997. The music was great but the lady on the piano a bit disappointing compared with Rudy as she did not seem able to be flexible with the choir and quartet with all the scales,runs and frills we enjoyed so much from Rudy but I guess that he was a difficult act to follow! Just wondered if any of the original broadcast choir members are still living and I think my dear friend Dick Brown would have been the last of the quartet until he left for heaven in 2011. Seems like Royston has to complain about the lady on the piano. Why brother? Relax and enjoy the fantastic gift of life - music and beautiful voices. We can not compare 2 different people with each other. God gave them better this and better that does not add up on the Christian list. Enjoy the music and stop your criticism. I HAD 4 VERSIONS OF RUDY ATWOOD'S PIANO ARRANGEMENTS. ONE OF MY FAVORITES WAS ONWARD CHRISTIAN SOLDIERS. BUT THAT ISN'T RUDY PLAYING THAT, IT IS A LADY BUT HIS ARRANGEMENT. SHE DID VERY WELL.
