Hi Tessie. I've been watching you for years. I'm also a KZbinr. I really love your content. I think it's great that you're finally letting go and being free. You absolutely need your afternoons and evenings to yourself; good for you. You're such a hard worker and you're always working on your adorable home. It reminds me of a quaint cottage. Have you ever thought about painting your living room walls and kitchen all white, including the cabinets? I think you would have so much more light from just the walls being lighter. I'm a home stager, so sometimes unsolicited advice comes out of my mouth on decor and you can tell me to hush. I know that you love change and decorating also and this could make a huge difference in lighting and the size of the area. Keep up the amazing work and the meals to your kids and their families. I have a kitchen similar to yours with very limited cabinet space. I have a extra narrow cabinet that doesn't hold much at all. Finding a place for things can be really hard in older trailers because of lack pf storage space. It is nice that you have the out buildings and the enclosed back porch as well. It may be old but it is a beautiful home full of love.

My kitchen is from the 1960 and it work just fine. No need for fancy stuff to make good food for your family, just love and care, that’s it ❤! I used the same lining in my freezer after it took me all morning to clean it last week, I hope this will keep the ice easy to be removed, because I dread the task of defrosting the freezer. I like your videos because they look like my everyday life even though I live very far away in Scandinavia.

Tessie, Im new to your channel ! Im 56 going on 29 lol 😆😆 im from Tennessee, mom of two boys, and fur mom to 4 ! Nana to 10 and great nana to one boy. I absolutely love the little clothes pen holder, did you make it or is it an antique ? I also love the builden with the chair in it, its all so beautiful ! You was talking about having a few cabinets for your cookware, ive got 1 !! I finally figured out how to get it done right. I had my pots and pans in the top shelf, and my bake ware on the bottom, but it was hard to get out. So i switched them around and it works so much better ! Im like you, i live to have most of all the things i just got a shoot, my mind went blank, a stand type mixer, a big pop corn maker, a blender, deep fryer, food prep contsiners, soup prep containers, i have to have no less than 12 plates, silverware, bowls, etc. i have 3 glass measuring and, which i put mine with my plates and bowls, i live in a mobile home which has no pantry 😭😭, i can, i go to discount grocery stores, i want to get into making sourdough bread, i have baskets, scrspers, breaf bags, all the stuff, but i cant figure out the best way to to do it as they say a warm olace, at night it's 69-70 degrees, in the dzy time its 70-73. I line my refrigerator and it makes clean up time so easy, i think you'll love it. Is that meatloaf patties your cooking ? It looks delicious, well not a fan of lima beans.

Tessie your home if perfect. I have lived in trailers before and there is nothing wrong with them at all when they are maintained. No different than living in a house except that you live on axles that are on blocks rather than just blocks if your house is not on a slab. I have even lived in travel trailers and right now we live in my father's garage. I mean, there is a reason we live in a garage and it's has nothing to do with not being able to live somewhere else, but rather I was taking care of my mother until she passed so she did not have to go into a nursing home. Her house was too cramped with four adults and 7 animals in it. So we chose to stay in the garage and it has worked out perfect. I don't have running water in the garage or even a toilet, what we do, is make due. My grandma always said, you may be poor, but you don't have to be dirty if you are poor. That has always stuck in my head and I just make sure that where ever I live I am neat and tidy to the best of my ability. For the first year that we were living in the garage we lived with a motorcycle too. We just worked around it. Now, we just call it our apartment. I have never made excuses for where I live. People don't have to like it, who cares as long as you are happy.
