Hopefully i will aquire my retirement dream on october the fith. 2 acres on high farm ground with spacious farm house and out buildings. There is a well made chicken coop,and old vegetable garden plot already established. There is a high volume ,high pressure fresh water well already established. I am 69 now so this will be a labor of love to pass down to my children. I must buy a small all purpose tractor with implements. Just think i will have to get to know the seasonal movement of the sun to find a perfect spot for peach,apples,plums,cherry,and pear trees. I plan on making perennial beds of fragrant herbs and sages in between the rows in the orchard. Sadly roses will be last on my list of essential plants ,but i know i will find a perfect strong morning and good sun place for them. I will only use david austin roses,in my opinion the very best. If god grants me 10 to15 years left of my life i will be grateful to see this work come to fruition. The good thing is that i already own a property shortly up the road that i will soon be giving to my son. Between the two properties there will be enough ground and storage facilities to have some kind of minor agriculture buisness ,seeing that it is already zoned as such . It is good to watch your channel because no one makes a better presentation with such exuberance and genuine passion for the love of it all. Thank you dear lady
