that residue on the oil cap is where condensation builds up on the cap. it doesnt mean that the head gasket is blown though only if you pull the stick out and it has "chocolate milk color". i used to work at a oil change place plus i have been working on cars a long time and that is all that is. pull the dipstick out to see the color of the oil. hot water will clean that off the cap but it builds right back up.

That emulsified oil can accumulate on the cap from not getting up to operating temperature and condensation will emulsify motor oil on the cap.

There was nothing won't with that engine, it's the design of the oil fill that allows the moisture the condense there, dodge has put out TSB's on the matter. So I in other words it completely normal. Oh I'm an ex Dodge technician so I've seen it a thousand times.

Honestly that may not be an indication of a blown head gasket. If the vehicle is driven short trips constantly without getting up to temp alot what your seeing is indeed milky oil but it's milky due to condensation during engine warm up and if the vehicle is shutdown alot before engine warm up you will get this milkyness on the bottom of the oil cap. BTW love your videos and channel keep it up.
