I can tell your no country fan ! but to say hank 111 will be the best of the Hank`s is pure B S !! just cause his name the same means little else ! Just another bar room singer, maybe once he settles in to his own groove, I said MAYBE" he`ll move on up, but highly unlikely, Hank JR is one of very few major artist off spring that made it to the top, and many tried & failed, And I think JR will be the last in this family to do it !! We`ll see 10 yrs from now !

@solomonjames2007 Unfortunately, I have heard more than this of III and there is no way he could qualify as a slave or cash in. He is a no talent nothing who plays small clubs and truck stop parking lots because of his last name. It sure as hell has nothing to do with talent 'cause he has none.

Nonsense. He's played the Opry, he's been on TV, if he stuck to soft commercial country, he could be a big Nashvlle star, but he prefers to work teh small clubs and the long tours, to play the stuff he loves.

wow you are on another planet. This version is not anywhere near good as the Original. Having said that, it's an anomaly Hank III is ART in himself. As true as one can be. Love it or Hate it, he does have Talent, too much of it.

Hmm, I've been following him for 18 years and have never known him to play in a truck stop parking lot. But the small club shows were all great! Last time he played Indianapolis was at the Vogue (950 capacity), which was sold out. He played a 4 hour show, then hopped off the stage into the crowd and stayed to sign autographs and take photos with everyone who asked. So obviously he has a fan base, and whether you like his music or not, you can't deny the respect he shows to his fans.
