I love and miss my old 'Toni' dog. I'm so glad that every B-Day he had I always BBQed him up a nice steak. A lil' extra spoiling never hurts sometimes. Shelters are full...please adopt. Love Sherp!

This is oh so hard to watch, I understand that he has to grow older, it reminds me of the turning of my pups. I keep thinking not my Sherpa getting old then he bounces back bringing me smiles and hope! I so love him for his strength 💪 ❤️

One of my Samoyed pups had the same problem. After a while, we had to stop encouraging him to jump because it was too painful and might cause injury. We have to accept age related conditions in our pups. After having 3 Samoyeds and now on our fourth, we learned to pay attention to behaviors like this. I'm sure your vet is giving you good advice. We love them so much and we don't want to see these problems.

I know Sherpa getting up on the bench in the end made you happy too. It is so hard for we humans to deal with our pets getting old and slowing down. I have dealt with this with three beloved dogs. All had hip problems . And in the end that’s what did them in. I hope Sherpa has many more happy years with you.🙂

Get Sherpa a ramp, it will be safer and easier for him. Clearly is painful for him to jump, so he needs a ramp. Once he realize he can get there without discomfort, he will use it every time. Also I recommend Artri Tabs, is a great supplement for arthritis and joints, if you can't get it there, you can find them on internet to be delivered to you. Sherpa, I love you forever.💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
