Wow! It has changed, I use to get the 63 bus up the Old Kent Road from Elephant and castle in the 60's. My family still live there but my visits are only to the Elephant.

Absolutely. No doubt; Total change for the better! Elephant and Castle is totally changed too. Lots of new lush apartments, gyms, restaurants , shops, and more. Even crime has come down a bit! I hope they will improve Old Kent Road too - especially around Tesco. Time will tell. Thank you for your support of the channel - much appreciation. Stay blest.

Thank you so much for quick response on my request. I worked on old Kent road from 2010 to 2019, At Addis computers near Post office Old kent rd. A memorable and good time that I can not forget.

I lived in of old Kent road 1989 it changed a lot. It was empty houses and flat then.

USe your eyes mate, there's traffic, shops are open and plenty of people knocking about.

What a very long dirty looking street, it need a good clean up and modernising. It's a dump.

Sadly - I have seen people drop litter on the pavement, even when the garbage-bin is so close!
