That is the assumption we make (that our leaders know what it takes to develop a country). Yes, most of them schooled in developed countries, but how those countries built wealth is not spelt out in any textbook. (We have to read between the lines) They see the infrastructure, orderliness, etc. but they can't replicate that in GH. Until we realize we need homegrown/tailored solutions to our challenges, we will keep borrowing $s from 'others'.
