That was a fast serve on an amateur level indeed, but I would put it at more like 150kmh.

Thank you for your comment. How did you determine the speed? I tried this tool (donthireddy.us/tennis/speed.html) feeding in frame rate, number of frames and approximate distance. It seems to work remarkably well.
