I feel that one writer had a unique idea and it turned into an incredible standalone story about Logan. Marvel noticed people loved the story so they took the character, gave him some thin motivation and put him into the main 616 universe so they could do goofy stories about Dracula
@LybertyZ Жыл бұрын
That's the problem when you let too many authors try to make their own pass at a popular character. Marvel and Disney just can't let a story end; time for a reboot.
Yes the first 15 mins or so is a great short story and then the whole thing falls apart by 25 mins in. No error on the part of the KZbin creator, he does a good job of trying to make it interesting but you realize how none of the story makes sense anymore and they just keep throwing old characters in for no reason and go down the always confusing writing of multiverses

2:25:53 It's funny how Maestro doesn't even deny that his Hulk family is inbred and says it proudly.
@darkerdaemon77944 жыл бұрын
To be fair, inbred and inbreeding can mean different things under some circumstances. It always means relatives procreating, but if you're pure Irish and seek out someone who's likewise irish, yet not a direct relative, it's still considered inbreeding because they're both Irish. Technically, Bruce spawned all these with his cousin, iirc the backstory to it, and though they all proceeded to reproduce more, with selective reproduction you could distance any relativistic deformities and ensure variety enough in the DNA that no future inbred deformations would occur. Even more so since Banner impregnated his cousin the she hulk. Out of any relatives, cousins are already kind of twice removed of your original familial line, as an offspring of an uncle or aunt.
@darkerdaemon77944 жыл бұрын
Posted too soon. Just want to add I'm not championing incest, just that banner strikes me as someone smart enough to know the pros and cons of genealogy to be able to ensure diversity in inbreeding. It would only take two or three generations past his and his cousins initial children to be able to spread his genes optimally. Issue is it would require Bruce and his cousin to actively sleep with their own children and grandchildren a few times over the decades.... His pride in that is still get much weird.

@Emery1012 жыл бұрын

@NottherealLucifer Жыл бұрын
@@darkerdaemon7794 That's not what inbreeding means. Two animals have to be closely related by blood for it to be inbreeding, that's what the word means. "Two Irish people are inbreeding because they're both Irish" is honestly a very stupid thing to claim and implies "inbreeding" means any two things procreating that have something in common are inbreeding. Two people who have red hair? Inbreeding. Two people with blue eyes? Inbreeding. Two people who both like jazz? Fuck it, they're inbreeding two because apparently that word stopped using its actual definition and now just means whatever the hell you want it to mean. On the subject of the inbreeding talked about in this issue is between first cousins, which means they will absolutely have any given ailments and deformities that come from inbreeding. You can't breed out those deformities and disorders by still breeding within your family line, it literally doesn't work that way. The thing that causes inbred children to have these issues is being handed multiple recessive genes from their parents, that can't be fixed by having them fuck their siblings who have the same recessive genes. You're talking about "selective breeding" like these aren't a bunch of hillbilly fucktards living in caves. Even through selective breeding they're all from the same DNA templates, there's no genetic diversity to fix the inbreeding because they all share the same DNA from their parents. The amount of time it would take for natural mutation to vary their DNA enough to breed with the first generation you'd be twenty generations in and they would all be too closely related to the family they had at that point. Essentially, pal, you can't fix the damage inbreeding does to a family without introducing the genes of an new family. Without breeding with people outside of their clan their gene pool would become more and more tainted with each generation. Humans didn't actually come from only two humans, we all evolved, millions of us all at once.

Honestly I felt like old man Logan should’ve stayed in the wasteland and not stay in the mainstream marvel universe.

Comicstorian, salute to you and your team...I've caught up with soooo much thanks to your vids...I put them on and settle in, takes me back to my youth when I'd buy a comic, rush home to read it, get comfortable, turning the pages slowly, taking in the artwork and the story...only thing missing from the vids is the smell of the paper, nothing beats that...peace and keep doing what you do...✌🏿✌🏿
