She's incredible. Tomorrow, my daughter and I will see her for the 3rd time. My daughter is autistic and discovered her years ago. She inspired her to take violin lessons. For Christmas (early), she gets to go for the backstage, VIP experience and after that, 3rd row seats. Lindsey is an amazing soul. I am so blessed to have an idol like her for my daughter!

Welcome to the world of Lindsey Stirling! I found your channel because of Pentatonix, but I'm SO excited to see you reacting now to Lindsey as well. Isn't she absolutely incredible? She actually designed and made those costumes, by the way. When you watch one of her videos, you're watching her vision for the video. Any director is there to help bring Lindsey's vision to life, not create their own. Okay, one of my all-time favorites of her videos is called The Arena. Not only is it an amazing piece of music, but the video itself has such deep meaning. It's really just insane. You will adore it. Other videos you absolutely cannot miss of hers are Master of Tides, Round Table Rival (which you will get such a kick out of!), Carol of the Bells, and if you really want your mind blown you cannot miss her live performance of Crystallize from the Home for the Holidays special. That one will absolutely blow your mind. What you've seen so far is good, but it's not close to the heights of what she is capable of.

She actually has a reel on Instagram how she created the skeleton violin and the skeletal corsets. The waltz reminds me of some of Shostakovich' waltzes, lyrical with little bit of dark mysterious underbelly

Okay, last night was the first time we saw her from the 2nd row. The thing about her concerts, is that you will see people from EVERY walk of life. Odd, everyday joes, country people, special needs (huge fans) and everything in between. If she is playing near you, get you and the wife some very close up tickets and I promise you, you will not regret it.

If there is ever a Lindsey Stirling concert near you, I urge you to go. With that said, she doe have a very eclectic following, and if outdoors, you may smell a bit of the devils lettuce, but in no way will you see a bad show.

I just left a long-winded comment to your great first Lindsey video, "Lose you now", so I'll try to be briefer this time. As I mentioned previously, Lindsey is involved in all aspects of her craft and this video, "Til The Light Goes Out", showcases that superbly. - kzbin.info/www/bejne/pYLVepV4prtle9k This video is out of order as it's part of a concept album (Artemis) of hers, but I wanted to put out her ability to tell a story. To get the full story of the album, you'd need to see the album, in order, in its entirety. And, see the BTS videos for each. And read the comic books that she created to go along with the album and tour. Did I mention that she was creative? She's a savant, a phenom or possibly an alien, but whatever, she's the most unique performers I've ever seen. And, I've seen a bunch. Damn Salty, this just popped up for you? I enjoyed this, who would have thunk it? This would be great played on the TV on Halloween. My lovely daughter had fall decorations all over the house now, I've been a bachelor so long is good to have a home feel like a home again. I wonder if she has ever heard of them, I'm gonna find out. This is off of her new Christmas album, Snow Waltz. If you want some more pixie type feeling songs I recommend Between Twilight (it's the Artemis meeting Orion; very whimsical gorgeous visuals) and Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies. I also recommend Masquerade for another light hearted fun option. Very theatrical in a comical way.
