i would say none, especially in the sample text. Except for loanwords acquired during the Roman Empire, some Greek influences in some southern Italian languages such as Sicilian but it's just a few words, no influence on grammar or syntax

It's the opposite. You can listen the sicilian-like influence of the post latin dialects. Tuscan came after sicilian
