Quebec is such a beautiful city! It really does feel like being in Europe.

Bonjour Amanda & Nathan Swartz Family Tour of Old Quebec. My Meme and Pepe Montpetit moved from Quebec to a village in Alberta. Pioneers settled down and had a family. Thanks for the Lovely Tour. Au revoir adieu xox

It is like being in Europe...yet it's right in our own Canadian backyard! Love, love, love Quebec City :)

So true, still feels that way, even now that we are in Europe :)

I absolutely love it there. I look forward to bringing my boys there one day. We had hoped to stop there when we did our road trip to the east coast, but with the big motorhome that we rented it would have been difficult. One day we will make it there!

You should! With a motor home you could park at a campground and get a bus or uber into the city :)

I travelled across Canada west to east in 1980s and we never experienced any more rude place than Quebec! We stopped on my birthday and the Tim Hortons folks refused to speak English...I could NOT believe how very rude the service was...just an "elite" attitude ! Yes,we are Maritimers...we only speak English...I was turning 20 today 58 years old...still havent forgotten...

That sounds like a terrible experience, so sorry that happened to you. We had heard stories like yours and were a little worried when we arrived, but we found everyone very polite and super accommodating. :)
