Chef Jeffrey, you keep amazing me. So creative. I love the Penne.More filling to me. I also use it like I make macoronni salad. I love cottage cheese and cold peaches.My cousin brought me years ago some cottage cheese desserts. So good.I can just think of that with different ground meats. Pastas too. A Great Meal. I enjoyed the picture. I know they all got a kick out of that.Especially her Mom and Dad. So Special. Been keeping an eye on the news. YES! I am a huge Rao's fan. I never get heartburn from this sauce either! Only thing different that I do is to remove the casing from the sausage. Yum!!! AND, I edit to say that I put this dish on a foil lined sheet pan so that I do not have bubble over in the oven.)
