Thank you for the great video and detailed instructions. My grandmother taught my mother how to make lemon meringue pie when she was young. My brother and I always requested lemon meringue pie for our birthdays instead of a cake as we love this pie so much. My grandmother passed away 20 years ago and as my mother got older she eventually couldn't make them any longer...I realized too late that the family recipe was then lost. I've recently tried my hand at making one a couple times but they aren't like my mother used to make. Your recipe gives me hope as it looks just like the pies I've remembered enjoying my entire life. Thanks again 😊

I just made this pie this evening following your instructions and it came out just perfect! I did add lemon paste to the filling. Also I made your lemon pound cake and does that ever make a world of difference in the flavor. My husband loved it too! Thank you for introducing the lemon paste.
