Glitchtales most recent episode looks very anime because that was what camilla (the creater of glitchtale) wanted for the series. Underverse has the best animation of them all And now villain sans squad. The animation reminds me of how camilla got better at animating. So no undertale isnt anime but the fans make diffrent storys and do their best to make it anime.
