How you get saranac 146 canoe to the lake ? Possible on top of the car ?

There are multiple ways you can put on your vehicle. Some people use two foams. One foam on each side of top of the vehicle (front and back). Then put canoe on top and straps it up. What I do is I have the roof cross bars on my RAV4, so I don't need the foams. I put the canoe on the cross bars, then I just strapped it up.
