I have a C3000. Lower rez, yes, but great colors. Somehow the resolution doesn't matter so much. It's my most reliable snap camera. Your video is fun to watch.

I'm amazed at what quality and ease of editing i get with old Olympus gear. My E-300 and C-2020z give great JPEGs that hardly need any work done before dropping on socials. They will also never fill up my iCloud as rhe file sizes are miniscule compared to my EM1 and full frame cameras.

Olympus fan here. I have the mirrorless OM 1 and just bought the C-4000. So glad to have found your video and totally enjoyed your comparison. And the Kentucky scenery is beautiful!

I have an E-M5 mk III but I used a C-5000 Zoom for years in the 2000s. There’s no way I’d go back to that junk. It was only just okay then. They were only more convenient than film cameras, not better. I agree, digital cameras have come a long way!
