Before I continue, I want to first of say that your have some quality content. The videos are well organized and have good editing! Keep up the great work! :D I am a big fan of Yandere Simulator! The concept and the ideas are very interesting! But, from looking at this video, I am a bit worried about Yandere Dev's development progress. In this video, many of the comparisons are focused on the animations, not the core gameplay. The animations look way better from the last build and it shows polish. In addition, Yandere Dev has added new features, easter eggs, and refinements. But whats the use of polish if the fundamental structure of the game is not conpleted? By accomplishing a miscellaneous check list of tasks, it makes the development a bit sloppy and speratic. It is better for the development of a game to follow something like this: Concept > Core Gameplay > Advanced Features/Mechanics > Mission/Level/World (Game) Design > Mechanical and Visual polish. But hey, it's tottaly fine that I don't have the same design philosophy as Yandere Dev's.
