Your commentary was incredibly entertaining and made this video interesting to watch despite how a research journal is typically "boring". I hope you do more of these in the future

Thanks! I felt like I was watching a suspense movie towards the end LOL. Unfortunatelly I would've missed the selection of the sample :-/ Anyway, this been a really good incentive for reading papers with a more critical view. I really need to get a lot of experience to come up with the same conclusions. Thanks again and keep them coming Dr Patwari!

Would you mind explaining relative risk ratio and odds ratio. How to read them in the study. Also would like to learn more on what is beta coefficient. Also reduced risk.

Dr Patwari, in the case os clinical apraisal of a negative study, namely a study that show no difference in intervention, how to interpret using the c.i.? Is correct to say that the "not-significant" cross of the "no effect" line interpretation is lost?

Good video, although in the doctors defence, they did not bluntly write that there was a causal relationship, although it was suggestive.

Can you make any videos on how to read drug advertisements? Its a huge issue for USMLE students like ME :(

the control groups would inform the GI Doctors that they have some coffee intolerance and it causes them to have tummy aches ,there's no reason for them to hide it, but it's mentioned no where in the study..so not sure how u drew this conclusion..also if it was really this "flaw" in the study, the peer review would detect it and not let false biased scientific claims get published in such prestigious journal.
