If you have no friends, you MUST do your best to observe amongst your colleges at school, in your area to ask yourself: »What can I contribute to « friendship »? ALL my accomplishments were a challenge but with the help of JESUS in my life and my FAITH led me through every solutions in my life🙏. I am writing to you because you wrote you know JESUS! I have had this problem for a long time too. Dr prescribed Seroquel 25mg. It is a very low dosage. I take a half and I get a full 7 to 8 hours sleep. There is no shame in taking a sleeping tablet for the rest of your life. Others have to take diabetic or high blood pressure tablets for a lifetime and no one says it's addictive. Yet we that take sleeping tablets are told it's addictive. Our insomnia is an illness just like all the others. I hope you start sleeping well soon. Sleeping is the greatest gift. We can accomplish a lot with a decent night's sleep.

To the 16 year old: I have experienced your anxiety and Rx, teas, bananas, warm milk have not helped. What did help is getting up sitting on the couch inviting Jesus Christ to sit next to me and talking to Him sharing my thoughts and asking for help. Read psalm 103 and peace will overcome u.
