Non metals tend to gain electrons. So we have only electron gain enthalpy for those elements.

Isolated means an atom that is not bound. For example H not H2. Ground state means who is not an ion or in excited state. All electrons in their normal orbitals and shells.

diksha mora atom in normal state when it is not reacting is called to be in the ground state. Just before reacting it undergoes some changes and is said to be in the excited state.

Inert gases are neutral. The H nucleus is positively charged. It will be highly reactive as a proton. Cause of acidic nature.
