One of the worst companies to work for! Low salaries. The ship crew flies 2-3 days in economy class (illegal from working conditions standpoint) to reach the ship, all without rest or sleeping - with the aim of buying the cheapest tickets available and save some bucks for the company/management. Imagine the toll on crew's health or ability to pick up responsibilities on a ship immediately after boarding the ship. Leave your cargo in the hands of someone else - a company that respects human rights and their crews accordingly.
