When those "bash guard" frames came out, I knew BMX was over. Horrific designs. Thankfully it was a short phase in history of bike design. Love the modernized Lineage frames that have been released of the classic Master and Sport frames, with updated features such as threadless forks.

Awesome collection John my favourate has to be the Haro Air master what a stunning bike it was my era but as you said I bought it from a friend who snapped the top two tubes at the head tube but we had a great BMX shop called Alans in wigan, Arthur Alans dad & bike machanic braze welded it & it rode fine for me but my mate went & got himself a Hoffman Condor wich as you probably know is built like a tank much better suited to his riding style .

I had an 84 Sport with a custom paint job from Faze 7. I sold it in 93 for £45, and have bitterly regretted that decision ever since. That’s a great collection that John has built up, but where does he keep it all, his house must be ram packed with bikes 🤓👍
