And these pots and pans i get tired of people, with cooking channels, claiming it's their favorite pot/pan they have had for years they use it for everything, well why it look like you just bought it, because there is no cooking wear on it,

Since i've watched this vid they are popping up on my page all the time without me searching....Big Brother. Most i've seen don't put the toffee and nuts inside the batter but sprinkle on top after adding the carmel. I bet a little bit of coarse salt would make it pop because salted carmel anything is the bomb.

This cake would definitely be great, and calories indeed! I always order a mini donut cake thats like this, minus nuts and toffee at a coffee shop in town. Its 3 or 4 little bites at $4. Yummy!!! The cake looks delicious. It would be a great fall dessert. The color makes me think of fall. I put food in the microwave, when I suddenly see a fly in my kitchen; until I can kill the fly. So, that's an option for covering a fresh baked and iced cake. TIP FOR KILLING FLIES IN YOUR HOUSE: Purchase a can of BENGAL FLYING INSECT or BENGAL Gold Roach spray from Wal-Mart. Spray your kitchen windowsill and bottom portion of the blinds with BENGAL. Flies will eventually fly to a window with an open blind, in attempt to get out; especially when you try to fan or swat them. They will land on the blind and/or windowsill. Once, the fly land, it will come in contact with insecticide and die. This works the same for other flying insects as well; with the exception of fruit flies. Periodically, you will need to clean the blind and windowsill and lighly reapply. I also spray the outside and inside of my storm doors with BENGAL. Just make sure to spray only, the areas that you do NOTtouch such as the bottom and around the door frame. FOR FRUIT FLIES: I use Apple Cider Vnegar and a squirt of Dawn dish detergent in a cup to catch fruit flies. Pour about one third of cup full of the "Apple Cider" vinegar and add the squirt of dish detergent in a cup. I use an old coffee cup; it does tip over. Mix the solution and carefully cover the sides of the cup. But, do not cover the edge of the cup. Wipe the outside of the cup; if any solution spills on the outer portion of the cup. The goal is to entice the fruit flies to get trapped in the solution inside the cup. Next, cover the cup with plastic wrap and secure with a rubber band. Then, poke small holes with a toothpick or skewer. Make holes large enough for the fruit fly to get through. The dish detergent makes the solution slippery. So, the fruit flies cannot escape, once they enter the cup. I hope this helps deter those pesky flies, mosquitoes, gnats; and fruit flies that we have to deal with, in the warm months. Nice! I make a similar cake and put the pecans on top of the icing. It's a moist delicious cake. For the caramel, I make homemade caramel (caramelize white sugar in a pot to desired color, then add butter, then hwc). On the side I make a small amount of buttercream (confectionery sugar & butter & vanilla). Then add the caramel to the buttercream in desired amounts and thats my caramel glaze. Just sharing. Thank you Chef and God Bless 😊 O and sprinkle some toffee chips on top for added garnish.
