Good morning Chef Jeffery!! It's Sunday morning and I'm getting ready to go to Church. I'm like you when it comes to cooking my Sunday dinner. I like to prepare it Saturday ahead of time. I fixed barbecue pork chops, rice and Mexican corn bread. I will be making the oxtails, short ribs and red beans and rice next week. I like how you added the potatoes to your meat. Yummy 😋!
