OldTimeGarage Glad you guys are getting lots of use outta that one! Things are going pretty good, plugging away at tin cans so that I can fix up my Chevy, which I might have that pesky driveline vibration figured out: worn out tail bushing in the trans, fingers crossed. Got to polish her up for a big cruise on Saturday. Gloss black, what was I thinking! I might shoot you guys an email and pick your brain about gearing for the rear end. Hope all is good on your end!

Hard to believe it’s the same car. Anyone seeing it for the first time would say “that’s a nice car” but if they go back and see what you started with it’s amazing. Rick i have a question for you! I bhought a 75 camaro for cheap, 40000 Swedish kronor and i have never liked the front and back. So i have changed the front and rear to a 71 rs, but havent changed the rear window. I have never done anything like this but is fun and im learning. So mye question to you is: do you think im destroying a 75 camaro or what is youre thoughts about mye project. Soz for bad english. Ps that camaro repair helped me in mye project :) love your vids. Cheers from sweden
@PowerOfValmet6 жыл бұрын
jim davis thx jim 😎
@OldTimeGarage6 жыл бұрын
Jim Davis nailed it....it's your car - you build what YOU want - and don't let the assholes who pick it apart get you down - they probably drive smart cars LOL. In my opinion you're making it a nicer looking car because I prefer the '71 over the '75 all day long - so I'd have done the same thing but at the end of the day it's what YOU like and don't let anyone tell you different. If Lisa listened to all the assholes out there she'd be chopping her Merc 6 inches like all the others out there. She'll for sure get into it with people at shows who say it was dumb to only take out 2 inches but that's what SHE wanted and she's doing it her way.
