This was truly my favorite childhood elevator in the early 2010's. Back then around 2011 there used to be a restaurant on level 2. I am not sure about the current condition of the mall as I moved to Texas in the summer of 2013.

The mall is dead. They lost Macy’s in 2017 then sears in 2021. Jc penny and kohl’s still remain.

@@elevatorfromthestatesofmic782 Sad to see what this mall has become. I miss the Westinghouse and Glass elevators the most.

@@Marcelo_the_cheetah1 Which speaking of Westland mall I actually filmed the elevators and escalators there on Sunday, This mall though is coming back a tiny bit.

@@elevatorfromthestatesofmic782 Hopefully the mall thrives by 2026, I am returning to the mid-west in 3 more years and hopefully Canton Township hasn't changed much.

I once got busted by the Man in the Yellow Vest while filming this. It's the only Truse known to exist.
