Fantastic memories of ole olsen riding for Coventry bees. He was a god at Brandon, ole, ole, ole we used to sing every match. Everybody loved him, I remember meeting him the first time, he was talking to another great, Peter Collins at the edge of the pits and I wanted his autograph, he walked over with Peter Collins they both shook my hand I got both of their autographs and my photograph taken with them. What a fantastic night that was. A true legend and a true GOD!! ❤️

Although a Hackney Hawks supporter (so obviously a Bo Petersen fan), Ole has always been one of my favourite Speedway riders. Always a real class act!

When Ole rode for Coventry in the 70s I covered the Bees matches for the local Evening Telegraph newspaper and also had the honour of ghost-writing his weekly column. Ole was an absolute gent on and off the track and was a real pleasure to work with. He gave me exclusive comments as I sat alongside him in the pits at Gothenburg, Wembley and Katowice. A true speedway legend.

Brilliant. Thanks. I was a Belle Vue fan, got your autograph a few times. Of course at the time I didn't want you to win anything, only Ivan Mauger and Pete Collins... You were always the one to beat. Great to see the centre doing well.

One of the first riders I even see. Heat 1 1974 hackney v wolves. Ole stood out think he had orange leathers. ? Please correct !!! Then over the years a master at Hackney. Remember he won the champions chase 1975 ? And that funny meeting v Coventry 1978 ? Where hackney rode to a 5/0. Please correct as memory. Class rider amazing team man
