chords are wrong, since when does G7 resolve to Bb? Bb7 is NOT the same as Dm7, which is the chord that you're missing

You can do Both, Dm7 have the 9th of Bb, The original Rhythm Changes was "I Got Rhythm" and he has the Bbmaj7 Chord, The chords are wrong in the Bb7, because isn´t Bb7, IS Bbmaj7, Dm7 was added later bcause of the Turn Around Dominants, but original Rhythm Changes has the Bbmaj7 instead of Dm7, so you can use both. And the second part was actually changed, originally there´s no Fm7-Bb7-Eb7-Ab7 (Originally is Bbm7-Bb7-Ebmaj7 and Ebm7) to go to the Dm7 of final part A. And that's it. (Sorry for my English, i'm from Colombia)

There are endless ways to play the 1'6'2'5. Try D-7, Db7, C-7, B7 - Bb7, Db7, C7, F7 and so on. Play them as train shells with no bass note.

I guess you are talking about the G7 in the first house of the A part, this is supposed to be F7

the 8th bar (1st repeat) is wrong, it should be Cm7-F7 not BbMaj-G7
