How to make a table track | Table setting like a spring garden | Chocolate pie | Aesthetic vlog

"Chocolate cake with cottage cheese"
Ingredients.
For a test.
400 gr flour
250 grams of butter,
150 grams of sugar (I put 130 grams)
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 egg
1 tbsp cocoa
vanillin.
FOR FILLING.
500-550 grams of cottage cheese 5-9% fat.
200-250 grams of sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp mana groats.
Melt the butter and mix all the ingredients for the dough. Divide the dough into 2 parts, large and small. freeze a smaller portion.
For the filling, mix all the ingredients.
Put the filling on the dough as shown in the video, grate the dough from the freezer on top. Bake at 180-200C until cooked through, about 50 minutes, but be guided by your oven.
Cut the pie into squares and serve chilled.

Hello Olesya. Still catching up with your videos. I have enjoyed every one of them. I love your sweet "table track". Here in the USA, we call them " table runner". I make them too. I have sewn clothes, curtains, pillows since 8th grade. But started quilting about 4 years ago, watching KZbin tutorials. 😂 Now I make quilted table runners. Now I am 72. And I still love to sew and quilt. 😉
