You could have turned your back to the bot as he primed the swap then thrown the boss before he attacked

I think the only way to deal with that final boss with your loadout was to save the throw to displace him so the attack missed

I tried Jujitsuka last night, and I got way too overpowered - I just did everything I could to maximise Scar Strike (I got it to 4 damage and about 1 cooldown), and took other things mostly based on if it could damage multiple foes so by the end I was pulling out 3 tiles, the first two would just scratch three or more different enemies and then drop a scar strike and take out anything that had been hit. It was how I got my first stamps beyond Shogun Slayer - and they were Strategist and *Ultimate* Combo Master. (I also got the 0 damage, 0 cooldown, Dragon Punch) …I will admit that I did not come up against that boss that took you out.
