Olhao. My favourite in the Algarve. And you started in one of my favourite bars. Sete Estrelas is one of a kind. I wonder what kind of sangria Sue would find in there.😬 There are some incredible bars and restaurants in the back streets of this wonderful town. Thanks Steve.

Yes Sete Estrelas is one of our favourites too, it’s a great bar/ restaurant, had many nice lunches there.👌❤️ Do you like fish John? That Indian restaurant is 100% first class, and I am fussy about my curry, we went there 3 nights in a row, ordered something different every time, perfect and staff were absolutely lovely people

Thanks Steve 🙂 It seems like Olhão is the best place to go if you're into your meal deals, or is there somewhere even cheaper in Algarve?! By the way is it possible to get a water taxi from the islands back to shore after sunset?

Never been to Olhao but from all the videos I've seen it looks like lovely town. Why do some people hate is so much then? My Uber driver said that he hated just one town in the Algarve and that was Olhao. Why is that do you think?

Hi Kris, thanks for watching and reaching out.👌❤️ We love Olhao it’s our home town, many years ago it was a little rough, and rather poor, now after the new marina and renovation it’s blossomed into a charming town with lots of lovely restaurants, shops and the locals are so welcoming and friendly.
