Flash, As a flashlight enthusiast and owning many flashlights including Olight. I can say, I was never a fan boy of Olight, and could see through all the hype of this flashlight brand. Indeed they seem to bring magnetic charging innovation and vibrating low battery technology to the table, However, proprietary batteries that have been modified only to work in their products is not good for customers and can leave a flashlight unless in a few years when the manufacture changes the design again. Olight, Nitecore are doing this and its a deal breaker for many customers who like to keep flashlights for many years. Also, pushing up lumens even when the battery Technology can't cope , and then we have what I call the step-down light, Olight is the step-down light. Hopefully, Solid -State-battery Technology will be with us soon and this will be a game changer. so much so, there could be restrictions on flashlight lumens and power even licensing due to so much power. Thank-you so much for amazing channel and reviews, very much appreciated.....👍👍👍

I was an Olight fan when I started, back when they actually offered neutral tints too. Their lights are amazing, especially for aesthetics. But, I did indeed start to have trouble with them after about 3 years. They no longer run turbo for more than a second or two, the electronics seem really buggy and the batteries don't hold much charge. Their batteries have changed just slightly so now turbo is completely unusable and high seems like a stretch. I also feel that at their prices the option for neutral, warm and high-CRI emitters is an essential part of user experience and performance. Now I will only buy lights with proprietary cells if I think that I will be able to buy a few spares down the line, and integrated cells like the Arkfeld are a hard no unless they are heavily discounted.

I do want an optional pocket clip for sure, thought I'd rather have USB-C than MCC just because it's one less thing to carry if I'm going out and intercompatibility is too underrated these days. My main reason to give it the skip would be because I think at this price a flashlight should have the option for a neutral emitter with decent CRI as standard.

You can stick whatever 35x35 (up to 37x37) emitter you want in this. Also the clip for the Seeker 4 Pro can be used on this Seeker 4. Which they also sell separately for a few bucks.
