Every player on the team besides Caleb and Rome should be on the trading block. The second adversity hits they gonna start finger pointing again. Bears need some team first players that would block and sacrifice their bodies for their teammates.

I think everyone has high expectations but doubt it will happen next season. New offensive scheme. New defensive scheme. New special teams scheme. Likely (hopefully) new O-line that needs to gel. Going to take time. I am expecting growth, cohesion, discipline on offense and defense but not expecting double digit wins for another 2-3 years. They need line help on both sides & time to build the line.

Give Kreutz credit - at least he didn't describe Johnson as a "generational talent" ... Nobody in the CHI sports media space will go here ... 1) No head coaching experience ... 2) We don't know anything about him as a talent evaluator ... 3) We don't know if he will delegate 100% of play calling to a new OC or if he will have a hand in it ... 4) He has zero experience handling disputes with DCs, special teams coordinators, other "factions" ... Kreutz doesn't know anything more about Johnson than most of us ... This is Matt Nagy 2.0 ... just hype ... the standards here are lower than whale piss!

Poles paid Edmunds 72 million, Sweat 100 million for 4 sacks this year, let Roquan, Montgomery, and Mooney get away, Claypool, not to mention the O-line, and the list goes on . And the topper is he picked the wrong quarterback.
