I always collect these and this is what the stars mean: Below 60 =2 stars 60-69= 3 stars 70-79= 4 stars 80 and above = 5 stars This means their highest stat gives them their star rank.

Think the stars are just a overall rating of the player , but topps no nothing about football how can cresswell have a higher star rating than helder costa who has just recently got into the portuguese squad.
