Oliva's Market - Milford, MA (Phantom Gourmet)

50 years, this was the kind of grocery store you could find in neighborhoods all over the country. Oliva's Market in Milford is an old school, family-run shop where they still know their customers' names. And perhaps more importantly, they know how to make some incredibly delicious sandwiches and snacks.

Great people and awesome food! Back in the day when I worked at Albert's Bakery would stop in for the B.O.G. after school before heading to work when it only use to cost $.50. I still stop in and both Babe and Nicky still recognize me!

I've lived next door to them my whole life. Best thing other then beeing like my family is there food. I personally recommend there steak and cheese to die for.

I miss going over to Oliva's. They would have the July 3rd party behind the store and you can smell the food for a mile around. Great food, great people and wish I lived closer.
