Not picking at you because I love love love your recipes, I’m actually waiting for my focaccia to sit for the 18-72 hours so I can make the most amazing looking garlic bread I’ve ever seen. I’m curious though, does this recipe with olives and feta really need any salt? Those 2 ingredients alone are loaded with salt so I was surprised to see you add it in.
