What a fun day that must have been. Thank you for sharing with those of us that can’t be there. I have always wanted to see the process. Fabulous

Hi 🌸 On average, how many kilograms of olives do you harvest from 1 tree?

We never know! Last year our 35 olive trees gave us around 620 kg of olives. This year, around 1140 kg.

@@chiccamaione-cookingintuscany Very good. I live in Türkiye. We harvested 700 kg of olives from 80 trees in the Northern Aegean. 🫠 Will you share any information about the methods you use on olive trees?

@@gulsahozey Olive trees are pruned between March and April. Then we let nature do its work, without any treatment. We harvest the olives at the beginning of October (we're among the first, as some still harvest at the end of November). I use our extra-virgin olive oil for my cooking classes. If you'd like to try a free online class, here's the link: cookingintuscany.cc/tiramisu/ A presto!
