Oliver 252 disk - 1/16 Scale of the 18 ft version (video #17)

This toy was reverse engineered to 1/16 scale from the real disk that was originally designed and built by the White Farm Equipment Company in the 1960’s under the Oliver brand. The design of this disk was so successful, that it was left largely unchanged and produced for several decades by White and for Ford under contract between 1976 and 1986. Production under the Oliver name was halted in 1974 as the brand was discontinued by White in that year.
This is a replica of the 18 ft version consisting of 699 individual pieces made from brass, copper, and aluminum. This is the only Oliver version, which was completed in 2022.
Please note that this toy does not use 3D printing - it is all metal.
