I think that Season 3 was the most influential season for Oliver and Felicity's relationship. They had more ups than downs, but in the end every time they argued it made them being together every bit more worth it.

I love this show ,the love story of Oliver and Felicity is amazing. Their story is one of true love ,they went through so much but yet the love they have for each other never changed ....when they look at each other they're are no words needed you can see it in their eyes . I love when Oliver says her name and Felicity's wit and humor along with her sassiness., these two were made for each other .

What makes this show is my most favorite show ever is felicity and Oliver, ever since she came into Oliver's life he can smile and even though she is sassy and feisty sometimes but he love it, I guess he thinks she is sexy and hot, he is a billionaire and he was with a lot of women but he looks sad and unhappy, felicity makes him smile even at his worst moments, thank you again writers for the best show. So, at 4:28, when his face changes suddenly. I noticed that it changes because she is suddenly touching his back, and he can feel it, and he reacts to it because he wants it but has refused to accept it. It's a sad moment on a few different levels. :(

The only other love interest of „a hero“ on that level is Karen Page (Daredevil). Though, smart, passionate and utterly adorable. No doubt she is a significant part of the Team Arrow; she is not a coward; she was in the field often with Oliver and Diggle; she defended her point of view the whole time, even if it meant she was fired or endangered; she is very smart and has a great and brave heart; she may die for the people she loves; Oliver needs her to be the hero, because of her (and Diggle) Oliver is still alive! She moved on with her life when Oliver said they could not be together! Being strong is not only have muscles or be able to fight! The best of all is to have a big heart and brave soul and fight for those who you love and help them to have a healthy and positive life! As Emily Bett Rickards beautifully stated at SDCC this year, Felicity is a hero in her own right. She doesn’t need to apply to a patriarchal ideal of strength to be strong. She doesn’t need to physically fight to be a hero! And you can not agree with this but it's because of Felicity that Oliver finally believes he can be more than a symbol, or a weapon (you were the first person I could see like a person). If that's not being a strong woman , well, I do not know what else it could be! 2. How do you ask me that if we have a show that has soap opera stories in it since S1? And please do not ask me to write here about sisters vying for boyfriends, romances with fights, lies and betrayals, pregnancy, conflict father / son, conflict mother / son / daughter, love triangles, etc. Like a great friend of mine said once: “For one thing, people never had a problem before during seasons 1 and 2 which were so ruled by soap opera-esque plots that it was almost laughable. Back from the dead? Secret baby mama? Diabolical mother plots behind childrens’ backs? Man is in love with best friend’s girlfriend? Man sleeps with girlfriend’s sister? Man sleeps with father’s ex-girlfriend? And that’s not even bringing comic books into play, which have some of the soapiest storylines you’ll see outside of Days of Our Lives”. What concerns Olicity, they come with all the investment of all producers and writers to be the OTP of the show since they met (and let's not forget that the failure of loliver contributed much to that too) ! Oliver and Felicity are mature and in love! S3 was definitely needed to build this relationship and leave the old Oliver back because now he found his partner, the love and the woman of his life to be by his side! If you think Olicity is a soap opera that’s ok I can do nothing! But I call it a core relationship of the show ! The relationship that brings light, love and strength to Oliver become who he needs and wants to be, the real and ultimate hero!
